User replacement is a person who uses/operates medical equipment and is responsible for calibration and replacement of parts/accessories listed within the operator/user manual, standard operating procedures, or other OEM instructions as directed for operator use.

No adjustments listed in the OEM service manual will be made by the User/Operator. The using activity or owning department is responsible for user calibration, user maintenance, and parts replacement.
